The Voice of The Sierra

Ben Barbash
Ben has been reporting ski conditions in the Sierra for years. He was a member National Ski Patrol for 10 years, participate in Professional Ski Patrol, perform Equipment Testing, and Ben raced in both High School and Collegiate levels! Ben reported skiing for CNN FN for 2 years. Broadcasts/reports include the vital statistics, such as snow depth, surface conditions, weather and road conditions to the various resorts. In addition special events, as well as upcoming events will be reported. Ben's continued devotion to the sport (80 to 100 ski days per season) assures that reports are accurate. All western ski areas are visited during any given season which allows us to evaluate the accuracy of the reporting by the individual ski area.
