SQUAW VALLEY USA at elevation 6200 has the Cable Car, Funitel plus 5 lifts, while Elevation 8200 has 10 lifts. Squaw received a trace of new snow at the upper elevations.
BOREAL received a trace of new snow, and will operating 4 lifts today. Boreal will close for the season next Sunday the 13th.
ALPINE MEADOWS they are planning on 9 lifts for today, they received a trace of new snow.
KIRKWOOD received 1 to 2” of new and will have 9 lifts scheduled for today. Cross Country 65 KM of machine groomed track with skating lane. Wrap Weekend April 12th.
MT.ROSE is planning on 4 lifts scheduled for today; they did receive a trace of new snow. The Slide Base Lodge is now closed for the season, all tickets at the Mt. Rose Base Lodge only. Mt Rose will close on Sunday April 20th.
MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN is planning on 24 lifts for today.
SIERRA @ TAHOE 5 lifts scheduled this morning with 21/2” of new snow.
SUGAR BOWL their lift operation today should be 8 lifts.
HEAVENLY received 2” of new snow, they are planning on 9 lifts in California and 7 lifts in Nevada. Boulder Base Lodge is closed for the season, on the Nevada Side.
DIAMOND PEAK lift operation today will be 4. They will close for the season on April 13th.
NORTHSTAR @TAHOE is planning on 10 lifts today.
TAHOE DONNER there will be 3 lift in operation. The down hill area will close for the season on April 13th.
ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions machine groomed, with spring conditions firm pack softening with raising temperatures. Obstacles are now showing, watch for them. For the best skiing follow the sun! We ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care.
Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6:00 AM and is subject to change. The temperatures are in the mid teens to the low 20’s, the winds were light 0 to 15 MPH. The sky was clear to partly cloudy.
