Join us for this holiday favorite viewable from the Squaw Valley base area and The Village. A traditional family favorite, the Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade is a beautiful and festive procession of lights starting at 6 p.m. Please note: there is no night skiing/riding on this evening.

Give thanks and praise on the mountain this Christmas. Meet at Squaw's High Camp Sundeck (overlooking the Lake Tahoe). Everyone is welcome. Tram ticket not included.

Celebrate Christmas on the mountain with Tahoe Resort Ministries. Everyone is welcome. Meets at the top of the Roundhouse chairlift. Lift ticket or season pass required.

6 p.m. Delicious Dinner Buffet at High Camp
Those looking to enjoy a delicious dinner in a breathtaking setting can ride Squaw's Aerial Tram to dinner at High Camp, el. 8200 feet. Backlit by exquisite views of Lake Tahoe and the Sierra Nevada, the buffet dinner will include a full line up of salads, lobster bisque, tilapia, braise pork shoulders, grilled chicken gnocchi and scrumptious desserts. Ride the free Squaw/Alpine Express and plan your new beginning at the Alpine Bar this New Year’s Eve! The Pre-New Year's Eve Cocktail party is the perfect way to jump-start the countdown to midnight. Featuring festive cocktails, delicious appetizers and live music by Peter Joseph Burtt, skiers and riders can celebrate a resolution, bid 2011 farewell, and ring in 2012.
6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Family New Year’s Eve Party at High Camp
By reservation only. Guests with reservations can ride the Aerial Tram to a buffet dinner, included in the ticket price, and a 9 p.m. champagne toast (sparkling cider for 21 and under). The Aerial Tram will begin to bring guests down in time to view the 9:30 p.m. fireworks display. Adult reservations are$36 and $26 for children. Does not include Aerial Tram ticket.
9:30 p.m. New Year’s Eve Fireworks
Bring in the New Year with Squaw Valley's fireworks display. Best viewing is from KT Base Bar.
9 p.m. to 2 a.m. New Year’s Eve Party in Olympic House.
Bring in the New Year with music from Mojo Green in the Plaza Bar. DJ Zeb Early will be spinning in Bar One for ages 21 and older with a valid ID. Doors open at 9 p.m. with drink service until 1:30 a.m.
January 1
