Squaw Valley Hosts Jurassic 5 and Matisyahu Concerts Feb. 15-16
Squaw welcomes Jurassic 5, Matisyahu, Random Rab, and Chali 2na & the House of Vibe over President's Day Weekend. Concerts will be free for passholders and daily lift ticket holders, or $20 for general admission


[Olympic Valley, Calif.] January 17, 2013 - Jurassic 5, Matisyahu, Random Rab, and Chali 2na & the House of Vibe are coming to Squaw Valley Feb. 15-16 for two days of live music at KT Base Bar during President’s Day Weekend. The concerts are free for season passholders, as well as skiers and riders who purchase a day lift ticket on the days of the concerts. Those who do not have a season pass or day lift ticket can purchase a general admission ticket for $20.

“We are thrilled to bring these amazing music acts to Squaw Valley for President’s Day Weekend,” said Sean Kristl, marketing manager at Squaw Valley. “The fact that these concerts are free to our loyal passholders and day ticket holders just makes this particular show that much more special.”
Random Rab will open for the headliner, Jurassic 5 on Saturday, Feb. 15. Chali 2na & the House of Vibe will open for Matisyahu on Sunday, Feb. 16. Doors open at 6 p.m. For a great weekend, guests can spend Saturday and Sunday skiing or riding at Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows, before topping off each day with a free concert.

In addition to free admission to the concerts, Squaw Valley is also rolling out great new deals for passholders. Between now and February 14, season passholders will receive one free ticket for a friend valid Sunday through Friday. Season passholders will also access to $99/night reservations at The Village at Squaw Valley, family and friend tickets, and at select retails stores.
