SQUAW VALLEY USA at Elevation 6200 has the Cable Car, Funitel plus 9 lifts in operation, while Elevation 8200 has 14 lifts. The winds were 15 to 25MPH on top.
BOREAL is operating 7 lifts for day skiing and 2 for night.
ALPINE MEADOWS 13 lifts on schedule. The winds are 20 to 30 MPH on top..
KIRKWOOD has 10 lifts scheduled. Cross Country over 80 KM of machine groomed track with skating lane. Kirkwood received 1 to 2” of new snow.
MT.ROSE has 8 lifts scheduled for today. They received 2 to 3” of new snow, with winds 10 to 25 MPH.
MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN has 24 lifts scheduled for today, new snow fall of 2”.
SIERRA @ TAHOE 9 lifts going today. They did receive 4” of new snow.
SUGAR BOWL has 7 lifts scheduled, with 1 to 3” of fresh snow.
HEAVENLY is planning on 11 lifts in California and 11 lifts in Nevada with 1” of new snow .
HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT 8 lifts in operation for today, with 4 to 7” of new snow above 7000 feet .
DIAMOND PEAK lift operation today will be 6, with 2 to 4” of new snow .
SODA SPRINGS will operate 5 lifts today.
NORTHSTAR @TAHOE will operate 16 lifts today. They had light snow showers this morning.
TAHOE DONNER there will be 3 lift in operation. Cross country has ? trails, ? K of track with on going grooming.
ROYAL GORGE has 63 trails with 266 KM of groomed track with skating lane. They did receive 2” of new snow.
ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions fresh powder, at most areas, over machine groomed, skier packed powder and firm pack. We ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care.
Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6:30 AM and is subject to change. The temperature’s are in the high teens to mid 20’s, the winds are 10 to 15 MPH expected to rise through out the day. The sky was partly cloudy to cloudy with snow forecasted.
