The bike races are only one week away and the bike park crew is stepping it up big time. The Mountain-X course opened last week, and this week Techno Rock is getting a major re-build. There is a new paver-berm on the backside of the mid-run deck leading into a completely rebuilt middle section leading into the new Mountain-X course.

The California Golden State Mountain Bike Championships are coming up quick September 4-6, 2009. During this event, approximately 73% of bike park trails will remain open including bike park fan favorites Downtown, Paper Route, Off The Top, Brake Through, Seven Bridges, Chain Smoke, Twilight Zone and DC-10.

We have the following bike park transportation running:
-Panorama Gondola daily from 9am-4:30pm
-Village to Adventure Center Shuttle Bus daily from 9am-5:30pm
-Chair 2 to Adventure Center Shuttle weekends from 11am-4pm

Lessons and Demo Bike Rentals are available at the Adventure Center across from Main Lodge or the Mountain Center in the Village at Mammoth.
