SQUAW OFFERS COLLEGE STUDENT SEASON PASS FOR ONLY $369
[Squaw Valley USA] September 16, 2009 - Temperatures are dropping, school is in session, and skiers and riders are still looking for deals on season passes. College students should look no further, as Squaw Valley is offering them a sweet deal. Any college student enrolled in a full course schedule in a 2 year, 4 year, or graduate program at college or university is eligible to buy a 2009/10 Season Pass for only $369. The Squaw College Pass is on sale now at www.squaw.com/college-pass.

Squaw's College Pass gives college students access to Tahoe's most sought-after terrain (4,000 skiable acres, six peaks, 16 open bowls via 33 lifts) for only $369. Squaw’s expansive terrain, state-of-the-art lift network, and convenient parking allow skiers and riders to spend less time commuting from the parking lot to the lifts, less time combating crowds on congested slopes and terrain parks, and more time shredding! With an improved night park and superpipe, and brand new mid mountain restaurants and bars to add to the robust après scene, this winter is a better time than ever for college students to become Squaw Valley passholders.

The College Pass is valid 7-days a week, with the exception of Saturdays in January and February and holiday blackout dates. The college pass can be purchased in person at Special Tickets or online at www.squaw.com/college-pass.

After purchasing the pass, college students can save time by uploading their pass photo online and picking up their pass at a special college pass will-call. Pass photos can be uploaded online at www.squaw.com/pass-photo

To pick up the $369 College Pass, students must bring current school photo ID, a copy of course schedule or registration, and a signed letter from school registrar/dean stating full-time student status to Squaw Valley’s Special Tickets office or college will-call (if pass photo was uploaded online).

More information on the $369 College Pass is available by calling Special Tickets at 530-452-7123 or by logging on to www.squaw.com/college-pass.
