Squaw is hosting a day-long scavenger hunt for kids and families, a snowshoe tour for fun-loving singles and a romantic High Camp dinner package for couples. WHERE'S THE LOVE? SCAVENGER HUNT:
The Where's the Love? Scavenger Hunt is the perfect way to explore Squaw Valley’s lush terrain and is open to all guests at Squaw Valley USA on Valentine's Day. Skiers and riders who find a hidden magnetic heart can bring it to Plaza Bar for redemption of prizes such as lift tickets, ski and snowboard lessons, gift certificates to shops, bars and restaurants, and more. The hunt begins at 9 am when the lifts open and lasts until the last heart is found.

SHARE THE LOVE SINGLES SNOWSHOE TOUR:
This Valentine’s Day men and women can share the love and have a blast in the snow with other lucky singles. Guests enjoy a starry Cable Car ride up to High Camp, el.8200’, where they will embark on a snowshoe tour around Squaw Valley’s upper elevation. Following the event, guests can mix and mingle over tasty hors d’oeurves and drinks in an inviting mountaintop setting.

ROMANTIC VALENTINE’S DINNER AND ICE SKATING PACKAGE, EL. 8200’:
Couples can take in the romantic ambience and spectacular views while enjoying a special 4-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Scott Rutter, featured Guest Chef in the Season 3 and Season 4 finale of Bravo's Emmy award-winning series, "Top Chef." The menu includes:

Award winning Pheasant Soup
House Smoked Pheasant with Fire Roasted Corn, Pumpkin Seed Oil and Sweet Potato Hay

Alexander’s House Salad
Baby Greens, in a cucumber cup with a honey balsamic reduction, Basil and Truffle infused oils

Surf and Turf
Prime Tenderloin with a gorgonzola sage, basil compound butter, Red onion marmalade and a Glace de Viande served with braised spinach and purple Peruvian whipped Potatoes

Along with a 4-course dinner for two, the Romantic Dinner package includes a scenic Cable Car ride and ice skating session overlooking Lake Tahoe. Women will be greeted with a rose at the bottom of the Cable Car. All guests will be served a complimentary glass of red or white wine with dinner for $89 per person or $169 per couple.
