SQUAW VALLEY USA El 6200 received 4 to 6” of new show, and should operate the Cable Car, Funitel plus 9 lifts. El 8200 received 6 to 8” of new snow, and has 15 lifts. Night Skiing with the Cable Car and 2 lifts, the Mountain run is open.
ALPINE MEADOWS 13 lifts for today, they received 7” of new snow, with cloudy skies.
KIRKWOOD is planning on running 10 lifts, the X/C area has 70 trails with 70K of M/G track plus 10K for snowshoes only. They have received 6” of new snow.
MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN is planning on 25 lifts for today. Mammouth received 2” of new snow.
JUNE MOUNTAIN plans on operating 6 lifts, they were receiving snow flurries. .
SUGAR BOWL lift operation today should be 11 lifts plus the gondola for additional access. They received 2 to 4” of new snow.
HEAVENLY they received 4 to 8” of new snow, cloudy skies. They will operate The Gondola and
Tram on the California side along with 10 lifts. The Nevada side has 12 lifts in Nevada
BOREAL should operate 6 lifts for day skiing, 2 for night skiing tonight. Boreal received 6 to 7” new snow.
MT ROSE 6 lifts in operation, they received 2 to 4 “ of new snow.
NORTHSTAR 16 lifts in operation, cross country has 30 K of Machine Groomed track open. They received 6” of new snow.
SIERRA AT TAHOE received 7” of new snow, they are planning on 11 lifts today.
TAHOE DONNER operating 3 lift in today, Cross Country 43 trails with 79 K of machine groomed track. They received 3 to 5” of new snow.
SODA SPRINGS will operate 3 lifts today. They received 6 to 7” of new snow.
DIAMOND PEAK 6 lifts.
HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT plans on 8 lifts, with 1” of new snow.
ROYAL GORGE X/C 46 trails 85 K of Machine groomed track with skating lane, plus one lift.
DONNER SKI RANCH 3 lifts in operation today, with 2” of new snow.
ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions fresh powder over machine groomed, skier pack snow, and some firm pack. We ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care.
Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6:00 AM and is subject to change. The temperatures are in the teens , the winds were 0 to 15 MPH with some higher gusts over the peaks and ridges, skies clear to overcast depending where you are.
