Squaw’s Renaissance Sweepstakes

Enter to Win the Perfect Day at Squaw Valley on Facebook

[Olympic Valley, CA] November 2, 2011 – Squaw Valley announced that the resort has launched a Facebook sweepstakes to give away the perfect day at Squaw Valley to five lucky winners. Winners of Squaw’s Renaissance Sweepstakes, valued at over $800, will experience everything the resort has to offer including early access to the mountain, a full day of skiing or riding for two, demo rental packages, a private lesson and meals at Squaw’s three new restaurants: Rocker@Squaw, the KT Base Bar and Funi’s mountaintop market and café. Five winners will be randomly selected on November 29, 2011.

Squaw is launching the sweepstakes in honor of the Renaissance, the resort’s $50 million capital improvement plan designed to bring dramatic improvements to the on-mountain and Village experience. $15 million has been invested for this winter, bringing three new dining experiences, new terrain parks, new facilities and expanded grooming to the resort, and this is only the beginning.

To enter the sweepstakes, fans can visit Squaw Valley on Facebook, “like” Squaw’s Facebook page, and click on the Renaissance Sweepstakes tab. Fans can increase their chances of winning by spreading the word about the sweepstakes. Each fan will receive an additional entry in the sweepstakes for every Facebook friend that they invite who enters.

“While everyone who visits Squaw this winter will get to experience the Renaissance, we wanted to give a few people the chance to enjoy our new improvements on the house,” said Sean Kristl, Squaw Valley’s Marketing Manager. “From early ups on Dawn Patrol to delicious food and drinks at each of the new restaurants – fans can win the perfect day at Squaw Valley.”
