SQUAW VALLEY USA EL 6200 has the Cable Car, Funitel 10 lifts operating. EL 8200 has 12 lifts; they received a trace of new snow. Squaw Valley and Jonny Moseley host 2009 Sprint US Freestyle Championships starting March 26 thru the 29th.
ALPINE MEADOWS is operating 12 lifts for today. Upper Mountain winds were 36 MPH from the SW.
KIRKWOOD is planning on running 13 lifts; X/C area is open with 75 K of groomed track.
MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN 24 lifts in operation.
JUNE MOUNTAIN 6 lifts scheduled.
SUGAR BOWL will operate the Gondola plus 8 lifts.
HEAVENLY the Cable Car and Gondola plus 9 lifts on the California side, Nevada has 12 lifts.
BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT received a trace of new snow and should operate 7 lifts for day skiing and 2 for Night skiing.
SODA SPRINGS 5 lifts scheduled; they received a trace of new snow.
MT. ROSE 7 lifts in operation today.
NORTHSTAR 18 lifts scheduled, X/C is open with 40K of track.
SIERRA AT TAHOE 12 lifts for today.
TAHOE DONNER lift operation should be 3, and X/C has 50 trails with 102 K of track set.
DIAMOND PEAK 4 lifts for today.
HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT 6 lifts.
ROYAL GORGE X 50 trails with 130 K of track set.
DONNER SKI RANCH plans on 6 lifts for today. They had freezing rain at 5:30 this morning.

Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6 AM and is subject to change. The sky was partly cloudy to overcast with snow flurries in some areas; the temperatures in the mid 20’s; the winds were light 5 to 25 MPH. There were some higher gusts over the peaks and ridges.
