SQUAW VALLEY USA lift operations at EL 6200 the Tram, Funitel and 12 lifts, and at EL 8200 15 lifts. New snow of 10 to 14”

ALPINE MEADOWS 12 lifts scheduled this morning. The winds at alpine were 15 MPH at the base and 60 MPH on top, and snowing. They have received 10 to 13” of fresh powder.

KIRKWOOD 13 lifts scheduled for today the Cross Country Center will be open today with 70 K/M. Kirkwood has received 1o to 16” of fresh snow.

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN 24 lifts in operation. Clear and sunny, winds 13 to 35 MPH.

SUGAR BOWL lifts operating today the Gondola plus 9 lifts. They received 10 to 12” of new snow.

HEAVENLY 27 lifts scheduled for today.

BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT lifts scheduled 7 for day skiing 2 for night skiing. They received 10 to 15” of new snow.

SODA SPRINGS 5 lifts in operation for today. Soda Springs received 10 to 15” of fresh Powder.

MT.ROSE all chairs and 2 surface lifts today. They received 13 to 18” of light Powder.

NORTHSTAR is open with 15 lifts in operation; the Cross Country Center is open with 40 K/M of track. They did receive 12 to 14” of new snow.

SIERRA AT TAHOE 12 lifts today. They received 8” of new snow over night.

TAHOE DONNER operating 3 lifts; XC has 102 KM of groomed track this morning. They received 10 to 15” of new snow.

DIAMOND PEAK will operate 4 lifts today.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT 6 lifts in operation. Homewood has received 12 to 22” of fresh snow and it was still snowing.

THE WEATHER WAS TAKEN BETWEEN 4:30 AND 6:00 AM AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. THE TEMPRATURES RANGE FROM MID SINGLE DIGITS TO THE HIGH 20’S. THE WINDS WERE 0 TO 15 MPH WITH SOME GUSTS TO 35 MPH OVER THE PEAKS AND RIDGES; THE SKY WAS CLEARING SOME SNOW SHOWERS AT SOME OF THE AREAS.
