SQUAW VALLEY scheduled the Tram, Funitel, 5 chair lifts, 4 surface lifts at EL 6200, at EL 8200 10 lifts, 6 Parks, Ice Skating, Fine Dinning and shopping also available.

ALPINE MEADOWS has 10 lifts planned for today along with 2 parks. Alpine did receive 2 to 3” of new snow.

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN with 23 lifts scheduled for today. Four parks and their Olympic size 1/2 pipe in operation.

SUGAR BOWL should have 8 lifts in operation; they have 3 parks open. They have received 1” of new snow.

HEAVENLY will operate 25 out of 30 lifts on both the California Side and the Nevada Side, along with 3 parks available. They did receive 1” of new snow.

KIRKWOOD should operate 9 lifts, with 3 parks available. The cross country center is open with 50 K. Kirkwood did receive 2 to 3” of fresh snow.

BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT is planning to have 4 lifts for day and 2 for night skiing. Boreal and Soda Springs did receive 1 to 2” of new snow.

SODA SPRINGS is closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

MT ROSE 3 lifts scheduled, plus the Chuter is on delay. Mt Rose did have winds 25 to 45 MPH, and has received 1” of new snow. .

NORTHSTAR AT TAHOE is operating 3parks, their super pipe is closed for rebuild, 14 lifts in operation, the Ice Rink is open from 12 noon to 8 PM, and the Cross Country and Telemark Center are open with 12 trails. They did receive 1” of fresh snow.

SIERRA AT TAHOE has 6 lifts running today, along with 4 parks. Sierra has received 1” of new snow.

TAHOE DONNER 5 lifts scheduled; the XC area is open with 34 trails. They have received 1” of new snow.

DIAMOND PEAK is planning on 5 lifts in operation, and 3 parks. They have received 1 to 2” of fresh snow.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT is open with 2 lifts, and 2 additional lifts on hold, with 2 parks. Homewood did receive 1 to 2” of fresh snow.

THE WEATHER WAS TAKEN BETWEEN 4:30 AM AND 6 AM AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY. THE WEATHER WAS CLEAR. TODAYS TEMPRATURES WERE IN THE MID TEENS TO MID 20’S. THE WINDS 15 MPH TO 25 MPH WINDS, THE PEAKS AND RIDGES HAVE HIGHER GUSTS. THE SURFACE CONDITIONS SOME FRESH SNOW, SKIER PACKED POWDER, MACHINE GROOMED, IF YOU GO OUT OF BOUNDS, THERE IS AN EXTREAM AVALANCH DANGER, HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT WITH YOU.
