Twilight Ski & day-long party planned for St. Patrick's Day

Homewood Mountain Resort will host a St. Patrick’s Day celebration for the record books on Saturday, March 17, featuring the St. Patty’s Twilight Ski/Ride, commemorative T-shirts, green beer, traditional Irish fare and more.

Twilight ski/snowboard opportunity as rare as a four-leaf clover

The St. Patty’s Twilight Ski welcomes all Homewood 2011/12 Homewood season pass holders; as well as full- or half-day Homewood ticket holders to hit the slopes from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. via the Quail triple chair on March 17. Guests who arrive at 4 p.m. or later may purchase a special $29 evening lift ticket.

"There’s nothing quite as beautiful as the sunset's alpenglow over Lake Tahoe from the slopes of Homewood," said Kent Hoopingarner, Homewood's general manager. “The St. Patty’s Twilight Ski is something special that we hope every skier and rider will enjoy.”
