ANOTHER GREAT POWDER DAY

SQUAW VALLEY USA El 6200 the Cable Car, Funitel plus 11 lifts, with 1 to 2” of new snow. El 8200 has 10 lifts received 1 to 3” of new snow. Christmas Eve brings a torch light parade at 630 PM.

ALPINE MEADOWS 1” of new snow, 8 lifts for today.

KIRKWOOD is planning on running 7 lifts they received 10” of fresh powder, the X/C area has 10K of M/G track with 10K for snowshoes only. .

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN is planning on 22 lifts for today. They received 14” of new snow..

JUNE MOUNTAIN plans on operating 5 lifts.

SUGAR BOWL lift operation today should be 8 lifts plus the gondola for additional access. They received 2 to 4” of fresh powder.

HEAVENLY will operate The Gondola and tram ion the California side along with 8 lifts. The Nevada side has 8 lifts in Nevada. Access will be thru the California Base Lodge and Stage Coach on the Nevada side. They received a trace of new snow in the last 24 hours.

BOREAL 7 lifts in operation for day skiing, with no night skiing tonight. Boreal has received 1 to 2” of new snow.

MT ROSE 6 lifts in operation, with a received trace of new snow.

NORTHSTAR they are planning to operate 14 lifts. X/C has 20 K of M/G track.

SIERRA AT TAHOE received a trace of new snow, with 7 lifts in operation today.

TAHOE DONNER received 1” of new snow. Operating 3 lift in today, Cross Country 23 trails with 41 K of track with on going grooming.

SODA SPRINGS will operate 2 lifts today. A new snow fall of 1 to 2”.

ROYAL GORGE X COUNTRY

DIAMOND PEAK 4 lifts with 1” of new snow.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT 3” of new snow, they plan on 5 lifts.

ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions powder, machine groomed, and skier pack snow. There are obstacles both manmade and natural, we ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care.

Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6:00 AM and is subject to change. The temperatures are in the mid teens to mid 20’s, the winds were 0 to 15 MPH with higher gusts over the peaks and ridges, snowing most everywhere.
