The snow is still comming!

SQUAW VALLEY USA EL 6200 will operate the Cable Car and Funitel plus 10 lifts; EL 8200 has 11 lifts with 2 to6” of new snow. Night Skiing with the Cable Car and 2 lifts, the Mountain Run is open.

ALPINE MEADOWS no decision for operations has been made, call before you go.

KIRKWOOD they received 3 to 5” of new snow; they are planning on running 12 lifts; XC area is open with 75 K of Machine groomed track.

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN 24 lifts scheduled for today.

JUNE MOUNTAIN 6 lifts for today.

SUGAR BOWL will operate the Gondola plus 9 lifts. Sugar Bowl has received 5 to 9” of new snow.

HEAVENLY as of 4:51 this morning no lift operations had been decided. Call for an update.

BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT should operate 6 lifts for day skiing and 2 for Night. They received 3 to 6” of new snow.

SODA SPRINGS should be operating 4 lifts, with 3 to 6” of new snow.

MT. ROSE 3 lifts in operation today, with an additional 4 lifts on wind hold.

NORTHSTAR is planning on operating 14 lifts for today; XC has 40 K of Machine Groomed track.

SIERRA AT TAHOE is planning on 7 lifts for today they have received 5” of new snow in the last 48 hours. .

TAHOE DONNER lift operation should be 3, and XC has on going grooming.

DIAMOND PEAK 4 lifts for today. It was snowing; they have received ½ to 1” of new snow.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT should operate 5 lifts today with new snow fall of 4 to 6”.

ROYAL GORGE XC 30 trails with 75 K of Machine Groomed Track. They received 3 to 6” of new snow.

DONNER SKI RANCH they received 3 to 6” of new snow, they plan on 7 lifts for today.

ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions are fresh powder, machine groomed, skier packed, and some firm packed. We ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care. Stay within ski area boundaries due to extreme avalanche danger.

Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6 AM and is subject to change. The sky was partly cloudy to cloudy, the temperatures range from the high 20’s to the mid 30’s; the winds were 15 to 35 MPH with higher gusts, and snowing in most of the areas.
