Some change in the weather the clouds are starting to move in.

SQUAW VALLEY USA EL 6200 will operate the Cable Car and Funitel plus 11 lifts; EL 8200 has 17 lifts. Night Skiing with the Cable Car and 2 lifts, the Mountain Run is open. Coming to Squaw Valley on February 21st the Helly Hanson Big Mountain Battle, a unique competition that challenges Teams of Skiers and Riders to explore their favorite resort from top to bottom with a chance to win an all expense paid trip to Aspen/Snowmass for the finals. ALPINE MEADOWS 12 lifts for today. At 5:10 AM Alpine had freezing fog, with winds on top 24 MPH from the SW.

KIRKWOOD they are planning on running 13; XC area has 75 K of Machine groomed track.

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN 24 lifts scheduled for today.

JUNE MOUNTAIN 6 lifts for today.

SUGAR BOWL will operate the Gondola plus 10 lifts

HEAVENLY The California side Cable Car, Gondola plus 9 lifts, the Nevada side 12 lifts.

BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT should operate 8 lifts for day skiing and 2 for Night.

SODA SPRINGS should be operating 5 lifts.

MT. ROSE 7 lifts in operation today.

NORTHSTAR is planning on operating 17 lifts for today; XC has 30 K of Machine Groomed track.

SIERRA AT TAHOE is planning on 12 lifts for today.

TAHOE DONNER lift operation should be 3, and XC has 46 trails with 86 K of Machine Groomed Track.

DIAMOND PEAK 4 lifts for today.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT lift operation should be 6. At 6:12 AM they had freezing fog.

ROYAL GORGE XC 44 trails with 100 K of Machine Groomed Track.

DONNER SKI RANCH 7 lifts for today.

ALL LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY! Surface conditions machine groomed, skier packed powder, and firm packed powder. We ask you to please be aware ride and ski with care. Stay within ski area boundaries due to extreme avalanche danger!

Today’s weather was taken between 4 AM and 6 AM and is subject to change. The sky was clear to cloudy depending where you are, the temperatures range from the low 20’s to the low 30’s; the winds were 0 to 15MPH.
