at EL 8200; they will operate 12 lifts and 4 parks.
ALPINE MEADOWS is open with 13 lifts, and 4 parks.
MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN
should have 27 lifts in operation today.
They have 7 parks plus 2 pipes
open.
SUGAR BOWL Gondola plus 10 lifts running along with 3 open parks.
ROYAL GORGE CROSS COUNTRY has 52 trails and 111K of m/g
track for your enjoyment
HEAVENLY access via the Gondola, Tram, with 26 lifts scheduled
today, along with 4 parks and 1 half pipe. Heavenly did receive 8” of new snow.
KIRKWOOD 11
lifts scheduled along with 1 park; their cross country area is open with 70K of
M/G track.
BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT will operate 7 lifts for day skiing
and 2 lift for night till 9 PM. The tubing park is open from 10AM until 8PM.
SODA SPRINGS 2 lifts for skiing and 3 lifts for tubing, for
full operation today.
MT ROSE lift operation today should be 7 lifts today.
NORTHSTAR AT TAHOE 19 lifts 4 parks in operation today, X/C 35K
of M/G track.
SIERRA AT TAHOE 14 lifts in operation today, along with 3
parks. They did receive 2” of fresh
snow.
TAHOE DONNER operating 5 lifts; X/C has over 120K of track
with on going grooming.
DIAMOND PEAK
is open today with top to bottom skiing; they will operate 7 lifts, one park.
HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT will operate 7 lifts along with 2 parks.
DONNER SKI RANCH should operate 8 lifts for today.
THE WEATHER WAS TAKEN BETWEEN 4:30
AM AND 6 AM AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER
AND SNOW SAFETY. THE WEATHER WAS PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY WITH SOME SNOW
SHOWERS. TEMPRATURES WERE IN THE LOW SINGLE
DEGITS TO THE MID TEENS. THE WIND WERE 5 TO 15 MPH, WITH HIGHER GUSTS OVER THE
PEAKS AND RIDES. AREAS WITH SNOW MAKING
ARE MAKING SNOW WHEN EVER POSSIBLE. MOST OF THE AREAS DID RECEIVE 1 TO 2” OF
FRESH SNOW; THE SURFACE CONDITION SOME FRESH POWDER, M/G, AND SKIER PACKED POWDER.
