It's white in the Mountains again.

SQUAW VALLEY scheduled the Tram, Funitel, 9 chair lifts, 4 surface lifts at EL 6200, at EL 8200 9 lifts, Ice Skating, Fine Dinning and shopping also available. Squaw Valley did received 4 to 6” of new snow.

ALPINE MEADOWS has 8 lifts planned for today along with 2 parks. They did receive 7 to 10” of new snow.

MAMMOUTH MOUNTAIN with 22 lifts scheduled for today. Four parks and their Olympic size 1/2 pipe in operation. Mammoth Mountain did receive 5” of fresh snow.

SUGAR BOWL should have 7 lifts in operation; they have 2 parks open. They did receive 6 to 8” of new snow.

HEAVENLY will operate 21 out of 30 lifts on both the California Side and the Nevada Side, along with 4 parks available. Heavenly did receive 5” of fresh powder.

KIRKWOOD they should operate 10 lifts today, with 3 parks available. The cross country center is open with 45 K. Kirkwood did receive 10” of fresh snow.

BOREAL MOUNTAIN RESORT is planning to have 4 lifts for day and 2 for night skiing. Boreal did receive 6 to 8” of new snow.

SODA SPRINGS is operating 5 lifts along with the mini snowmobile park. They did receive 6 to 8” of new snow.

MT ROSE has scheduled 5 lifts for today. They did receive 1 to 3” of new snow.

NORTHSTAR AT TAHOE is operating 4 parks, their super pipe is open, 15 lifts in operation, the Ice Rink is open from 12 noon to 8 PM, Cross Country and Telemark Center are open with 10 trails and 33K of track. Super Pipe is closed; they did receive 4” of new snow.

SIERRA AT TAHOE has 8 chair lifts running today, along with 1 park. Sierra @ Tahoe did receive 7” of new snow.

TAHOE DONNER is operating with 2 lifts; the XC area is open with 19 trails and 43K of track set.

DIAMOND PEAK is planning on 5 lifts in operation, and 2 parks. New snow fall of 2 to 4”.

HOMEWOOD MOUNTAIN RESORT is open with 5 lifts with 1 park they did receive 8” if fresh snow.

THE WEATHER WAS TAKEN BETWEEN 4:30 AM AND 6 AM AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. LIFT OPERATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO WIND WEATHER AND SNOW SAFETY. THE WEATHER WAS CLOUDY WITH SNOW SHOWERS , TEMPRATURES WERE IN THE MID TEENS TO MID 20’S; WINDS 5 MPH TO 15 MPH WINDS, THE PEAKS AND RIDGES HAVE HIGHER GUSTS. THE SURFACE CONDITIONS MACHINE GROOMED FRESH POWDER, SKIER PACKED POWDER AND FIRM PACK POWDER SOFTENING WITH RAISING TEMPRATURES. . THERE ARE OBSTICLES BOTH MARKED AND UNMARKED. IF YOU GO OUT OF BOUNDS, THERE IS AN AVALANCH DANGER, HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT WITH YOU. WE ASK YOU TO BE AWARE RIDE AND SKI WITH CARE.
